Good Bye Bad Thursday In Retrospective – One Word Prompt

on May 31, 2018

Thursday is 3 hours away from ending and Friday begins.

I have had a horrible Thursday, starting at Heart Center that I took my mum to for her blood tests.

It all started with the blood test form directing me to the wrong clinic that I did not know of.

On reaching the wrong clinic, I was snappishly told off by a counter service staff who manned the registration counter to pay for the required tests.

Without eye contact, she dismissed me as if I was a being of the lowest form and she, the God Almighty.

“Go to level 2, not here”

I left the aura of God Almighty and met a gentleman manning the kiosk for registration.

I asked him if he could give feedback on my behalf of the poor behaviour of God Almighty and asked to confirm for self before making mum and dad wait another 20 minutes for an overloaded elevator load.

Gentleman told me to go back to God Almighty to get blood test done and he took my form to scan for an appointment queue number.

I firmly told Gentleman “no” and asked for directions to go to the Lab Clinic on L2.

On reaching L2, it was already 10.30am and mum had fasted since 9pm wednesday night. I was worried she may feel faint.

I registered using the self service kiosk at the entrance and sat down with mum and dad.

My number was bypassed. I decided after missing 3 numbers to ask as to why I was bypassed.

God Supreme told me my apointment is upstairs where I began my day of meeting of arrogant God like personas and not in this clinic. I was asked to go back up to the 4th floor and do what God Supreme directed me to do and I got to “sort it out myself.”

Tick tock tick tock…getting into 11am and I was irked to the Nth degree. Yet another God telling me wrong place. I lost hope of ever getting correct information!

I roared like a Lion and bellowed at God Supreme. I ticked her off, literally shouting at her, as she refused to hear what I was trying to explain.

After my ferorious roar that reveberated through the clinic, God Supreme automatically said that she will “take care of it and sort it out”

Of course you would or should, you dim wit as I am not a staff of Heart Center, nor am I empowered to sort out a computer error keyed in by the Gentleman!

After arguing and blasting, mum had her blood extracted.

Next stop was to get meds for my dad.

Off I trotted to the pharmacy. I left mum and dad to have breakfast whilst I started my marathon queue there. 5 pharamacists on duty in a room of about 30 patients.

I saw how each pharmacist had to run 40 steps after serving a customer to get the prescribed drugs to the cashier.

Patients were not trusted. They feared we would run off without paying.

With today’s technology, a conveyor belt or supermarket cashier counter with a rolling rubber belt would aid in this loss of precious time as each pharmacist had to run 20 steps to get the drugs, then run 40 steps to cashier.

Well..pharmacist will be physically fit and would have done good daily aerobic activity but their soles of shoes would wear off quickly and each will end up with plantar fasciitis!

What a day…a day in retrospective, detailing all the silly Humanoid Gods who think they know everything but effectively clueless.

I hate roaring like a Lion…but then I am a Leo…a bitchy feline if required๐Ÿ˜‰

I think we’ve all run into “God Supremes” now and then. We have the biggest one of them all here in America, and if you’re lucky, he may come to Lil Red Dot to meet North Korea’s God Supreme in a few weeks. If so, do us a favor and keep him there.

I’m never able to be angry in person. Mom yells at me for being mad and then the professionals treat me like I’m wrong anyway. Good work!!!!

Good for you for standing up to them for your parents!
