Tough to sleep in Bates Motel. Post surgeries, I doze off at 10.30pm and am up by 2.30am.
I do not get to nap during the day as White Coats ward rounds could run from 7.30am to 7pm. I find it hard to nap as anticipating ward rounds keep me awake.

Distractions? The Florence Nightingales, Butlers and Housekeepers see me as “Agony Aunt”
So far I have advised on travel destinations, what to do, prepare and plan. I also educated a butler as to why a Princess from a neighboring Asian country could jet into Lil Red Dot at 9 months pregnant to do a C Section for her baby when his wife at 6 months was disallowed from flight from Kuala Lumpur to Sabah.

I find myself worthy to share and am happy to be of use to help others.
Small things get me going. It aids as my emotional support to forget pain and boredom as cable tv channels at Bates that appeal to me are Nat Geo, AXN & BBC Lifestyle – limited and keeps repeating.

Live on Garfield Hug. Pain can be mind over matter. I must let go of my worries and laugh!
